Villa Helena On Lake Como, only 5 minutes from the center of the city of Lecco is located Villa Helena, a beautiful panoramic position allows to reach the mountains, the lake and the city center in minutes. The proximity from the main centers of interest makes Villa Helena the perfect place for your holidays in Lombardy, is in fact only 50 km from Milan (Milan Linate Airport), 30 from Bergamo (Orio al Serio Airport), 25 Km from Bellagio, 30 Km from Como, 80 Km from Lugano; creating a relaxing holiday, sports, shopping, culture and art. The property consists of two separate houses, one of which is inhabited by the owner. Villa Helena has a surface area of ​​about 180 square meters is placed on three levels, has an independent and walled garden, and there is a caretaker. On the ground floor is the kitchen, complete with appliances and utensils, a dining room, a large living room that opens onto the garden with patio for barbecuing and a half-bath on the first floor there are two bedrooms to loft bed, one double and one twin, a bathroom with jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower. How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
