Tarrington Chase is a modern 84 sqm detached property offering fresh and bright accommodation, located in a beautiful and tranquil village location.

Set in the grounds of a 1680 black & white timber framed cottage. 'Tarrington Chase' is located on a quiet lane in the heart of the village and offers large kitchen/diner, downstairs cloakroom & utility. A staircase leads up to the bright and airy lounge which enjoys views over the garden, cottage and surrounding countryside. Double bedroom off the lounge with en-suite bathroom.

Extra bed

We do have one high quality and very comfortable guest bed/folding bed from 'Jay-Be' which can be put up in the lounge for an additional charge of £30 per bed per stay.

Not suitable for very tall people.

Travel Cot

Bring your own travel cot. A travel cot fits into bedroom at end of the double bed, making the room rather snug. Guest will then have to get into bed from one side only, as this set up doesn't leave enough space to walk around bed.

Off road parking and property's own decked terrace overlooking owner's garden and cottage.

Fishing available within the village at the campsite.

Excellent walks from the doorstep.

The village Community Hall has monthly 'Flicks in the Sticks' presentations (showing latest movies).

Tarrington is situated on the A438 mid way between Hereford and Ledbury.

The nearest bus stop is located at the ‘Tarrington Arms’, a few minutes walk away from the property.

The nearest train stations are Ledbury and Hereford, both 7-8 miles away.

There is a shared drive for one guest car.

Car parking and access to the property is via a very steep block paved drive.

Guests will have access to the property from 3pm on the day of arrival and are asked to vacate by 10am on day of departure.

There are no grab rails in place at the access point.

Why can't I call Sonja (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sonja (the owner) a message.

If Sonja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
