Apanemia Luxury Villa is a secluded villa of unique design, blending nature with luxurious indoor and outdoor living, with spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and the town of Lefkada. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery on the top of a hill, only 5 mins drive from the island’s capital and the closest beach, and within a 10-min drive from a number of famous sandy beaches with amazing turquoise waters.

The spacious villa (350sq.m.) follows a modern and minimalistic design whereas elements of the environment, such an old stone fence that stretches into and out of it, are fully integrated with its architecture. It features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large living areas, fully equipped modern kitchen.

Its structure of 350sq,m, stretches at 3 different levels with the mid-level hosting the main areas such as the main entrance, living and dining, kitchen, all of them surrounded by glass from floor to ceiling, allowing breathtaking views from every single corner. The large living area features a fireplace, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD player. The dining area has comfortable seating for whereas the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped, with, amongst others, a 4 ring hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. At the same level there is a double bedroom of 25sq.m. with a king-size bed (2m x 2m) including a full en-suite bathroom, and an additional WC for guests.

The upper level is occupied solely by the master bedroom of 55sq.m. featuring a king-size bed (2.10m x 2.20m) which contains a reclining back and massage facility via a remote control as well as a tempurpedic mattress, and an en-suite shower room, open plan bath. The large windows ensure the spectacular views are always at sight.

The lower level features an enormous bedroom of 65sq.m. with a king size double bed (or 2 single beds), en-suite shower room and a seating area. This bedroom may also be used as playroom as it contains facilities of a home cinema and playstation 4 games for kids. ). At the lower level there is also a private studio of c. 70sq.m. with 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room and extra sitting room. It may be reached via the playroom entrance to connect with the rest of the villa from internally but also has its own private entrance from outdoors which ensures privacy. A desk area with PC completes the interiors.

Outside the premises, at mid-level, there is an “open air” gym (multi-exercise machine, bicycle, abs bench). There are also two outdoor wooden decks, one where all the lounge and dining furniture is located and one next to the pool both however, enjoying spectacular views. The outdoor areas also contain a built-in barbeque, and terraces with sunbeds, all designed to help our guests to chill-out, de-stress and recharge.

The property accommodates up to 8. If there are fewer than 4 guests (not using the extra apartment), we offer a 10% discount, please enquire. Children of under the age of 12 are not allowed.
