Villa Karma Legian, is situated in an ideal central Legian location.

Less than 15 minutes from the International airport.

Situated down a driveable gang lane in a secure complex and located between the Garden View/Y Bar Sports bar and the Three Brothers Hotel. Villa Karma is 300 Metres/2 minutes walk to enjoy the beautiful patrolled beaches of Legian with restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, activities, transport , laundry, day spas all on your door step.

We offer you a traditional villa design but with all the mod cons and luxury to feel just like home. Huge main master suite with king bed & ensuite (luxury terrazo tub and outdoor shower) downstairs. The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen size bed and its own ensuite. An additional seperate family bathroom with outdoor shower is also downstairs off the main living area which leads out to your own private pool.

Villa Karma has daily housekeeping, complimentary return airport transfers, free wifi, Indovision satelite TV, bathroom amenities, and in house spa services can be arranged on guests request.

Both bedrooms are air- conditioned/safes/dvd players, with the living, dining and kitchen being a open plan design, consistent with Bali Villas and has a ceiling fan.

On request - We can can take up to 5 guests and arrange for a rollaway bed to be hired in, at additional cost to the guests.

We have just opened our new sister property - Villa Poppy Legian. This villa can interconnect with our sister property making it ideal for large groups of freinds or family travelling together. Access via a side doorway between thre properties we can host up to 12 guests across the 5 bedrooms/7 bathrooms.

It is disappointing that you have chosen this platform to discredit our villa as in our prior email communication we had addressed all your concerns and the issues you had raised. Yes it is unfortunate that you had selected an open air villa for your stay during the wet season which is always a challenge. It is also disappinting that you have not mentioned the issues you had with locking yourselves out of the master bedroom and calling out our Manager at close to midnight because you had misplaced your keys after being on a night out.

Dear Guests, Thankyou for your feedback on your stay. I find it disappointing that you have felt the need to share such negative thoughts on your stay via this platform, as we did follow up with you after your stay and and clarified some of the issues you had experienced. As expressed at that time I can assure you that all of our villas have a regular pest control & fogging every 3 months. I also explained that the broom that our housekeeping team use on the beds is for the sole purpose of straightening the sheets, this never touches the floor or is used for sweeping of the floor. We have never had a previous complaint re noise from the YBar as we are situated past half way down the gang lane and the noise is blocked by a large accomodation block for the New Garden View resort. Why can't I call Jenny (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jenny (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny (the owner) a message.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
