This new luxury three bedroom, three bathroom modern apartment boasts high quality, tasteful furnishings and is set in the heart of the Silver Coast in a little town called Sao Martinho do Porto.

Baia Residence II offers open plan living, with large sunny windows and an open plan kitchen and is located minutes away from the beautiful Beach front with its calm and tranquil sea and silver sands.

The apartment is first class and fully equipped with a real home from home feel. Remote control air conditioning/heating is included every room with surround sound and an internal vacuum to ensure you are comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances such as a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.

Each of the three bedrooms includes ample built in wardrobe space and a balcony. Bathrooms are modern with exotic blue marble floors and walls. The floors in the living area are natural polished stone and the bedrooms have wood veneer floors. A sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate 2 further guests if required bringing the total guest count to 8.

Underground parking is available as is street parking. A supermarket is located a few minutes walk away and a fresh fruit and vegetable market offers amazing local produce.

There are several wonderful restaurants around the beach front with the Royal Marina being a firm favourite.

A Welcome pack can be provided upon request for your arrival. You will be met by an English speaking representative who will show you where everything is and the basics of how things work as well as provide you with a file of information about Sao Martinho do Porto and the surrounding area. The representative will provide an emergency contact number should you need help or have any issues with keys, facilities, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I have used Google Translate which returned the following: "Very good apartment, good location, nice residence, top pool. The conveniences (municipal market, bread and supermarket) are five minutes walk away no appreciable car needed on vacation. To advice ." I am so glad you enjoyed our apartment and the pool and the local amenities. We recommend a hire car for travel from and to the airport and sight seeing to neighbouring towns and beaches. This is based on our own experience and feedback from our guests. For anyone not wanting to leave Sao Marthino Do Porto, then a hire car may not be necessary. Best wishes Veronica

Why can't I call Veronica (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Veronica (the owner) a message.

If Veronica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
