Located on the main street in Keshcarrigan Village is our self-catering holiday Home which sleeps up to six people.

There are three bedrooms including one en-suite, Large living room and kitchen, Patio area to rear, Off street parking.

Surrounded by Lakes and Close to the popular holiday town of Carrick-on-Shannon in County Leitrim.

In the Lakeland area of Ireland, the variety of watersports and outdoor activities is unlimited, with fantastic fishing and sailing, kayaking and canoeing, Close to Lough Key Forest park with its Electric Bike Trails, Segway, Boda Borg, Zipit and many activities to keep the most energetic Adult or Child entertained or If just sitting and watching the world go by or exploring the green oasis of the countryside is for you, this is an ideal place.

The house is located in a small pretty village about 8 miles from Carrick-on-Shannon and has two pubs only 50mtrs away, where else can you go to pick your groceries while sinking a pint of the delicious black stuff!!

72 hours prior to your stay please contact me and i will give you the telepgone number of the keyholder whose name is "Bridie" so as0 to arrange an arrival time. Bridie will meet you and advise where everything is in the house. Bridie is also a font of all knowledge of the local area so if you have any queries or questions please ask. In the unlikely event that there is a problem this can be rectified quickly as Bridie lives near by. for ideas of things to see or do locally please visit our facebook page "Sionnakesh".

Small pets only are allowed to a maximum of two by prior arrangement but not be of a dangerous breed. The animals welfare is the owners responsibility and if any dog nature calls are not cleared by the occupier will be charged for. Parties greater than three of same gender adults are not allowed unless by express permission and further refundable damage deposits may be required. If the property is left in such a condition that it requires additional cleaning he further charges will be levied.

Why can't I call Bill (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bill (the owner) a message.

If Bill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
