Nicely furnished, self catering, 4 bedroom serviced vacation home with swimming pool located in a secured gated community at Victoria Garden City (VGC) in Lekki area of Lagos. The property lies within a gated compound, with its own security guard.

If you are looking for a home away from home, with a reasonable price tag, then look no further.

The bedrooms come with double beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and TV.

There is also 24/7 access to electricity (including back up generator), free internet, DSTV, cleaning service every few days and access to a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.

It was a pleasure having you as our guests. Thanks for being such wonderful guests and we hope to see you again. In response to the water glitch, the problem was directly from VGC water management because one of their equipment plants was down, hence was very much beyond our control. We have since purchased an additional and more than adequate water tank (reservoir) to ensure a recurrence of the issue does not happen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Casabellahomes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
