From the owner

My place is off chevron drive in lekki, close to all domestic and social amenities. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambience, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, business traveller and professional groups, families (with kids). 24hrs power supply and security patrol with only approved persons issued with passes at the security gate are allowed into the estate. Very quiet estate, hidden away from all the mayhem of central Lagos.

Built to western standard with lots of spaces inside the house and outside.

4 bedrooms, private lounge, a box room with an unfurnished study room are all positioned on the first floor. The 2 front rooms have balconies, with walk_in wardrobes, 49 inch smart tvs, bathrooms are furnished with Jacuzzis and steam showers. The two rear rooms have L-shaped walk_in wardrobes, 43 inch smart tvs with en-suite shower bathrooms. The private lounge comprises of a seating area with 43inch smart tv.

The ground-floor comprises of: visitor's lobby at the entrance of the house, the living room which has a 65inch 4k 3D smart tv with an adjacent dining room. There is a fifth bedroom downstairs with a kingsize bed, 43 inch, ensuite shower room and a wardrobe. Also available is the vistor's washroom. A modern kitchen at the rear with 2 sterilisers and ice making fridge. Opposite to the kitchen is the utility room which comprises of a combo dryer/washer, dish-washer, ironing board and storage shelf. There is a switch room next to the stairs and also another storage room.

Attached to the rear of the house is a 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 32inch tvs, with en-suite shower rooms and a kitchen.

All the bedrooms are equiped with a dressing table and the whole house is fully air-conditioned with double glazed windows to keep inside cool.

The estate supplies 24hrs electricity which comes at a price 3 times higher but it is worth the price considering all the luxury.

Guests would have full access to the amenities in the house

There would be a standby personnel daily to assist with domestics

If Guests travel together, depending on the number of vehicles, an access pass would be issued for entry into the estate or an individual pass for each guests can be arranged.

Chef can be sourced at agreed fee.

There are a few night clubs in VGC, shoprite is a few minutes drive, 3 private beaches are a few minutes drive and can be walked. Guests can have a run (exercise) around the estate. There is a local supermarket just at the exit of the estate. Chevron's Lagos headquarters is a stone throw. Victoria Island is a few miles away.

At the front of the house we have up to 6 car parking spaces with optional parking outside the fence. I can say who ever would hire our place would need to have their private vehicles.

Pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport is available at a fee and a 2x six seaters vehicles with drivers are also available for hire for daily commute at an agreed fee within Lagos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
