SUMMER WEEKS STILL AVAILABLE! Mermaids Rest is a beautiful self catering bungalow set in 100 acre of woodland, within the grounds of St Ives Holiday Village. The property has been totally renovated and transformed into a beach hut themed, fresh, contemporary, open plan apartment / bungalow. The 2 double front aspect doors open fully to let the outdoors in and the woodland wildlife is literally on your doorstep. The beaches and hustle and bustle of St Ives are literally a 10 minute drive away ( approx 3 miles ) and a local service runs hourly from the park during high season. Free parking is available on site, which is a huge asset for anyone staying in St Ives.

Mermaids Rest has full underfloor heating and full double glazing, which makes is suitable for winter lets. The holiday village facilities are closed from November through to March, but the woodland walks are still accessible. Throughout the main holiday season ( Late March to October) all the holiday village onsite facility can be used by my guests, but charges may apply.

The wildlife is truly spectacular and a so many birds can be viewed from all the windows and the squirrels do literally come up to the door and peep in requesting their breakfast.

It has the best of both worlds - a lovely bright welcoming home for you to base your holiday and a comfortable cosy interior for you to snuggle up on the sofa on an evening drinking wine and watching DVDs.

Mermaids is a truly hidden gem ! X

How do damage deposits work?

If Tina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
