Villainlerici is located in a very spectacular and exclusive position just in the hills close to Lerici downtown ,with a gorgeous pool overlooking the sea , 10 minutes walk from Lerici ferry dock, 30 minutes by ferry from the " CINQUE TERRE " , , 30/40 minutes drive from Portofino , Lucca , Pisa , 1,5 hours drive from Florence , Firenze and Chianti.

You can practice wonderful hiking, Renting e-Bike for Fantastic tours starting from here , and just 5 minutes away from the house there is a nine hole golf course. From Lerici's dock there are daily ferries to the Cinqueterre .

The Villa consists of 3 independent apartments on three levels connected by external stairs each one with private entrance:

First Floor Guests Apartment ( max 2 people ): 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom, (ceiling in first level bedroom and bathroom are around 2 mt. high), one fully appointed kitchen including gas stove microwave dishwasher laundry machine, large living room, Tv, wireless internet connection 24h

Second Floor Guests Apartment ( max 4 people ): 1 masterbedroom with A/C, 1 double bedroom with A/C this bedroom could be set with twins bed too, 1 bathroom, one fully appointed kitchen including gas stove microwave dish washer laundry machine, dinning room ,living room, Sat TV, Wireless internet connection 24h.

Third Floor: lives the owner , takes care of the pool and the garden

Each level has its own patio , with spectacular view over the Gulf Of the Poets

The Pool area is in common with the three floors.

Owner live on the third level. And take care of the pool and the garden .Each level is about 100 square mt.

Each level can be rented separately.

If you will be a party of two people you will be accommodate at the first floor apartment. If you will be a party of three or four people you will be accomodate at the second floor apartment . Children are considered as adults in counting the member of the party . If you are a party of two but you would like to stay at the second floor please book for minimum three people.

If you would like to have both floors for you even if you are less than 5 or 6 people , please book for minimum 5 people, and you will have no other guests at the Villa.

The Pool area is private and it is at exclusive use of the number of guests who book the property: no extra guests are admitted .

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gian (the owner) a message.

    If Gian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
