Charming apartment in the Traditional village of La Serra di Lerici, 5terre

Located in the fascinating medieval village of La Serra di Lerici, the apartment can benefit from a stunning view of the whole gulf.
The village has kept its own tradition and independence, in fact is possible to find within few steps a very local grociery store, an artisanal bakery few restaurant & cafes a bookstore and a post office.
The Building a very characteristic medieval walk up with only 2 units, shared with a famous Italian writer who gave an extra ordinary charme and intimacy to the common parts.
The Apartment is distributed as follow:
• A spacious living room with dining table and sofa bed facing the sea
• A fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, fires oven and Italian coffee machine
• Bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom both exposed on the village side

• The village has busses which can reach the beach in 10 minutes
• A path can assure the access to Lerici and its beaches in 700 Meters ( ½ mile) or 15 minutes by walk
• In Lerici is possible to take ferries with several daily departures to Portovenere, 5 Terre and Portofino
• Forte dei Marmi and its glamourous shops and nightclubs is 35 km or 20 miles away, with the freeway it takes

Manuela est très gentille et serviable , nous avons passés un agréable sejour , la terrasse est juste très agréable

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Manuela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
