Loue 1° étage de chalet orienté plein sud dans le secteur du Pla del Mir.

1° et dernier étage du Chalet de 90m² habitables sur terrain plat et arboré de 1900m², vue totalement dégagée sur chaine des Pyrénées avec grand balcon exposé sud, et est.

Chalet composé de :

- Une Chambre exposé est, avec lit double en 160 cm.

- Une chambre exposée ouest, avec lit double en 140 cm.

- Une cabine exposée ouest, avec lits superposés en 80 cm,

- Une salle de bains/WC, avec baignoire.

- Une salle d’eau/WC, avec douche.

- Cuisine indépendante avec cuisinière 4 feux gaz + four électrique, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro onde, bouilloire, frigo/congélateur, machine à café Nespresso + cafetière classique, appareil à raclette, mixeur à soupe...

- Grande entrée permettant de ranger et de mettre à sécher chaussures, skis, vestes....

- Grand salon salle à manger de 32m² avec cheminée ouverte + bois fourni.

- Chauffage électrique.

- Fauteuil de détente d’extérieur à disposition pour se reposer après les randonnées.

Exposé plein sud, avec grand balcon ensoleillé, table sur balcon permettant de manger à l'extérieur avec vue sur chaine des Pyrénées.

Situé à 150m de la piste bleu de la Baliu, au bas de cette piste il y a une caisse à forfait et un télésiège qui permet d’accéder au reste de la station, vous pouvez donc aller prendre votre forfait, accéder à l'ensemble du domaine skiable et revenir au chalet sans prendre de voiture, s'il y a suffisamment de neige le départ et le retour se font skis au pieds.

Chalet situé à 50 m de l'arrêt de la navette gratuite desservant le village, et à 1500 m du centre village.

Chalet cosy décoré avec soins.

Situé dans une impasse, donc au calme.

A 1h d'Andorre et 1/2h de l'Espagne.

Animaux acceptés, avec « dog housse » à disposition si vous vous absentez sans le chien et souhaitez le laisser au chalet.

Hors vacances d'hiver pour 2 semaines consécutives remise de 10%, et pour 3 semaines consécutives 15% de remise.

Pas de location au week-end

Possibilité de louer en même temps le RDC du chalet d’une capacité de 4 personnes, pour pouvoir se réunir jusqu'à 10 personnes, l’étage et le rdc sont totalement indépendants et ne sont pas reliés par l’intérieur.

Possibilité de rajouter une rallonge sur la grande table pour pouvoir manger aisément à 10 personnes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
