Notre maison de plage individuelle est composée de 1 T4 et 1 T5 pour 7 et 9 personnes plus 2 bébés, avec sorties indépendantes. Ils ont chacun 3 et 4 chambres climatisées, dont une petite avec petites fenêtres de 9 m² pour le Ier, avec 2 ou 3 lits d'un couchage rapprochables et 1 salle d'eau chacune (donc 7 pour la maison). 2 cuisines à l'américaine complètement équipées (frigo-congélateur, table de cuisson, mini-four, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, blender, glacière) tout linge de maison fourni (sauf serviettes de plage). Ils sont équipés chacun d'un LL, LV, WI-FI, écran plat (TV Orange par satellite), radio-K7-CD, fer et table à repasser, 1 sèche-cheveux, 1 ventilateur, 1 étendage.

Terrasse découverte avec vue pour le Ier, grand BBQ en dur, parasol et très belle vue (il y a quelques marches pour y accéder). Très grande terrasse couverte et superbe vue pour le IIème; BBQ, jardin privé. Salons de jardin, douches extérieures. Nous tenons à votre disposition deux lits bébé, deux chaises hautes, et autres accessoires pour bébés, des jeux de société, DVD, livres.

Ils ont tous deux une superbe vue de la baie de Grande Anse qui se trouve dans la commune des Anses d'Arlet dans le Sud-Caraïbe Martiniquais. Plage de sable à 60 m. Il y a un restaurant "Ti Sable" (soirées avec orchestre tous les dimanches) à 50 m. de la maison, en front de mer. Les petits magasins se trouvent à 300 m. ainsi que les commerces et autres petits restaurants et le réel centre de notre charmant petit village de pêcheurs. Notre maison est située entre campagne et mer, dans un quartier très tranquille, au pied d'une rue privée sans issue.

Le prix s'entend pour 14 personnes maximum et pour 7 nuitées.

    outdoor showers to rinse the sand well and does not clog drains from sinks or showers. The air conditioners are used to sleep and never open frames. Do not go home with sand or earth. Because ï in oods. Prop doors, "trade winds" are blowing hard and cement doors contours can crack. Pets allowed with prior approval. 10 € 00 / day. always keep a leash; animals on site. Never light the BBQ under the roof of the terrace.
