The rental "The Peak of the Buse" (see website on google) offers a large T2 new standing of 71 m2 including 21 m2 terrace in a villa in Anses d'Arlet. Located in a quiet area 2 minutes from the beaches. The view is breathtaking on the sea, Morne Larcher, Morne Jacqueline and the island of Saint Lucia. Petite Anse is a world apart, where time seems to have stopped. The accommodation is ventilated, clear, calm and the air-conditioned room with quality bedding. The room is spacious (13 m2), air-conditioned, quality bedding and new with 160 x 200 mattress and teak bed. The kitchen in local wood (pear) is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, hob 4 induction hearths, microwave oven, fully recessed dishwasher and silent ... The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV and a high-speed WIFI connection. Guests can enjoy their meals inside and out on the terrace. The large bathroom has 2 basins, a large mirror, a walk-in shower, a washing machine. In this haven of peace and serenity, you will appreciate the beauty of the natural elements in a Zen atmosphere. The beaches of Petite Anse and Anses d'Arlet are 2 minutes and the Diamond Beach 6 minutes. The accommodation is an oasis of calm and tranquility. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Corinne (the owner) a message.

If Corinne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
