Set in 300 hectares of wine estate located in the small village of La Motte en Provence, 1 minute by car to the nearest restaurant, 5 minutes from Le Muy with all amenities including bakery, restaurants, supermarket and local markets.
5 km south of Draguignan, 40 km north of St Tropez and 4 km from Saint Endreol golf course.
The Domain has over 200 hectares of woodland and 72 hectares of grapevines (68 of them in AOP Côtes de Provence). The estate produces mostly rose wines (80%) but also reds (15%) and whites (5%).
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
LIVING AREA: Large entrance hall with staircase leading to all bedrooms and bathrooms.
Air conditioned living room with fireplace, sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, DVD, wi-fi and a relaxation area with a large and beautiful clock bought from an old Italian church.
Air conditioned dining room with sofa, 2 armchairs, table and chairs to sit up to 14 people. Glass doors open onto the garden and terrace.
KITCHEN: Semi-professional kitchen with 2 electric ovens, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge-freezer, wine fridge, kettle, espresso coffee machine and toaster.
Three steps down to utility room: 2 washing machines, 2 driers, ironing table and 1 steam iron.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have air conditioning.
First floor: 3 bedrooms with king size beds, wardrobe, TV, wi-fi and ensuite bathroom. 2 bedrooms with inter-connecting door. The first and main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobes, TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a dressing room.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with king size beds each with an ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS: All bathrooms have separate wc's, bathrobes, towels and hair dryer.
Ground floor: Separate wc.
First floor: 3 ensuite bathrooms with baths and separate wc's and a bathroom ensuite to the main bedroom with walk-in shower, twin washbasins and separate wc.
Second floor: 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 with bath, shower, twin washbasins and separate wc. 1 with bath, twin washbasins and separate wc.
EXTERIOR: Large enclosed grounds (4500m²) with several dining terraces overlooking the vineyards. Lawned garden. Tables, chairs and outdoor lounge, gas barbecue, large swimming pool, umbrellas and lounge chairs.

Swimming pool: Large and enclosed pool: 15m x 5m. Depth: 0.8 to 2.1m. Roman steps. Sun loungers. Pool side shower and wc. The pool is located behind the property.

Cleaning: The property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together in the utility room). Failing that a 500€ charge may apply.

Walking tour: leisurely walk through the vineyard land surrounding the house. There are 3 different walking trails: 4 km, 6 km and 8 km long
Cycling tour: During your stay, you will be able to rent bicycles on site to explore the estate and surrounding rows of grapevine
Quad biking: The Squad Company, located on the estate, offers ATV and Buggy outings. The introduction session is followed by a tour of the area across the grapevine rows and a halfway break in an unusual part of the vineyard. The second half of the excursion will let you explore the wilder and more isolated parts of the estate.
Please note that during the month of September, the 'vendange' or grape harvest takes place at the Domain and activity can be seen from the pool side of the property.
