From the owner

The apartment is purpose built in Le Varet apartment block in Les Arcs 2000 with skiing in mind. The apartment is north facing with balcony and superb view of Mont Blanc. Situated on the ski out level, with doors to the ski area for the more competent skiier. Facilities include 2 single beds, bunk beds and a pull out bed/mattress. As with most Ski apartments, you have to bring your own bed linen and towels, or you can hire them from the local agent. If you wish to do so, please make arrangements in advance.

Also, you are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy for the next occupants. Cleaning materials are provided, and there is a vacuum cleaner. The agent does an inspection at the end of your stay. You collect the keys from the local manager.

The size of the apartment is 28sq metres

Bed linen, towels etc and end of stay clean can be hired from the manager by prior arrangement.

The kitchenette has fridge, dishwasher, mini cooker / grille, microwave, three ring hob, and slow cooker. Bathroom has bath with shower and endless hot water. A hair dryer is provided. The apartment is ideal for families, and there are local facilities such as table tennis, bowling and sledging, tobogganing and swimming at 1800 for those with more energy to burn. There are also spa facilities at 1950.

For the summer season, there is nearby tennis and crazy golf, and VVT bike hire. You can also book many summer sports activities, or simply step outside to enjoy mountain walks!

For those who have left all their energy on the piste, there is a flat screen TV combi DVD player, and French TV. We have a small library of DVD's and books and games in the apartment, but bring along a box-set and your evenings are sorted!

New for 2020 is free wi-fi.

There are just a handful of eateries/bars at 2000, but there is easy access to Arcs 1950 via a lift that operates in the evenings, to tempt you down to the bars and restaurants there, too!

There are lifts to all levels, and a further ski-out door on the 8th floor, just up the corridor!

We loved the apartment, it’s very dated but that suited us perfectly. It’s close to the slopes but was super quiet. We would definitely return

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martin (the owner) a message.

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
