Our three star studio is comfortable, spacious and bright and his decoration gives it an undeniable charm!

Located on the first floor and recently renovated, it consists of a living room with sofa bed (new mattress) in the extension to the kitchen, plus a small cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds. With parquet flooring throughout, it opens onto a large south-west facing balcony which offers a beautiful view and lots of light (you can dine on the balcony).

The living room has an LCD TV, a DVD player and a stereo, and a large closet / wardrobe for your clothes.

The American style kitchen includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (including a dishwasher), bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine and a large cupboard in the entrance can store your equipment (skis, shoes, etc.) after returning from the slopes or hiking!

Our studio is conveniently located in the resort center but in a quiet street!

Slopes (265 km!) are sufficiently close to the apartment to reach the gondola on foot but if you are tired, shuttles stop next to the flat! For shopping and restaurants you are already in the center so no need for a car! Les Carroz is a family resort and it offers all the necessary services and a lot of activities.

From Les Carroz you can easily get to many other beautiful sites (Annecy, Chamonix, Lake Geneva..)

We insist on the cleaning. If we have to hire somebody to clean, 80€ fee will be retained from the damage deposit.

Why can't I call Julien (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julien (the owner) a message.

If Julien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
