In beautiful savoyard village, connected to the GRAND MASSIF de FLAINE-SAMOENS-MORILLONS-SIXT FER A CHEVAL with its 265km of slopes, 80 ski lifts, also called "BREADBASKET to snow" We rent charming 2 rooms 41 m² fully equipped and very bright-4/6 people on the ground floor in residence calm, with balcony-terrace 9 m², views pleasant East/West. with plenty of green space around and 1000 m from the gondola. Bus stop at the foot of the building. Ski lift starting at 10 mins walk. 400 m from the centre and shops and cinema. Ideal for family with 1 to 4 children. Over the football stadium is just nearby.

-all products and on-site and at your disposal cleaning kits: tablets for the dishwasher, dishwashing, various cleaning products...

Details of the number of beds: bedroom: 4 bunk beds, mattress covers, 80 cm mattress and duvet 140 x 200 and pillow 63 x 63. There are blankets and more for the faint of heart in the drawers under the beds.

Living room: Rapido 143 x 198 open, double duvet 240 x 220 + pillows (the duvet and a large quilts are in the closet of the room). The Rapido opens by pulling on the strap placed between the 2 folders cushions. The pads must not be removed.

Bed linen and final cleaning are not included in the rental price.

Tourist tax €0.90 / day per adult to settle separately.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
