Small, simple, quiet studio, shops, restaurants, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, it has a superb view of the mountains. Green slope, main slope, at the foot of the residence, allowing you to come in and go skiing on foot This studio includes * a sofa bed for 2 people and a loft bed for one person. * A wooden table with chairs * A kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, a sink and a refrigerator. . * An internet box with wifi * A bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail. * Storage spaces * High definition television. * Coffee machine * Microwave oven * crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils (Pans, pans) * A vacuum cleaner * A ski locker. * Duvets and pillows are provided. The price does not include: * cleaning. you must do the cleaning at the end of the stay * Linen (sheet, pillowcase and towels). You must bring your own. Snow guaranteed all year round thanks to the glacier at 3600 meters above sea level.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
