La Delys is a modern, duplex new apartment on the top floor, located a short walk to the village centre and an even shorter walk to the Les Perrieres lifts. There is a very large balcony with wonderful views both over the village and to Les Perrieres and also the Chavannes side. Also on the balcony is comfortable outside seating for 5, a hot tub and a sauna.
The living area is very spacious, again with plentiful comfortable seating, the kitchen is very modern, well equipped and the dining table seats 8 to 10.
The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with zip link beds ( which can be configured either as two single beds or one super king size bed in three of the bedrooms). The top floor bedroom is ideal for a family or teenagers.
