From the owner

Le Grand Paradis is in the French Alps, in the center of an idyllic small Alpine village. Alpine house is on the top, 3rd floor. It is a high-quality apartment. 80 m2 apartment consists of 4 bedrooms + loft, 2 toilets; accomodation max. 10 people. A spacious lounge area, combined with fully-equipped kitchen. Large open terrace to the south with grills. Upstairs bath and shower rooms. The house also has 2 x washing machine and dryer, for quick cleaning and drying of clothes.

Winter season December-April and the summer season until October. Distance from the slopes 300 m, the possibility of skiing in the Italian side also. Suitable for winter, ideal for skiing Port du Soleil ski area all the way to Italy. 150 ski lifts, the nearest lift station and ticket office approx. 300 meters away. Slopes well groomed. Lift capacity is sufficient.

The nearest gas station within 50 meters of the church, which is 100 meters from the apartment down the slope. Children and adults ski school nearby. During the summer, spectacular hiking trails, mountain biking, downhill mountain biking.

Featured attractions and places to visit: Annecy (the beautiful postcard landscape), about an hour by car and Mont Blanc, which is accessible by elevator up to the top..

UEFA 2016 Euro Championship played a two-hour drive from Lyon. Games on the following dates: 13.6, 16.6, 19.6, 22.6, 26.6 and 6.7 Come in and experience the unique thrill of football!

Come to follow the furious cycling event during your holidays! World's largest cycling event, the Tour de France, the downstream route goes around Les Gets in July. Les Gets Morzine Megeve Trail.

- You have washed all the dishes you have used, dried them and put them back in the cupboard where they were taken from.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joel (the owner) a message.

If Joel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
