Chalet 345 is a five star luxury chalet with unrivalled views over the enchanting French ski resort, Les Gets. All just five minutes walk from the lifts and village.

Chalet 345 is available on an exclusive self catering or catered basis. This interior designed and spacious chalet offers quality accommodation over three floors for up to 10 guests.

Wake up to unrivalled south facing views overlooking the piste, with the snow calling you over the breakfast table. Experience a stylish self catering experience; perfect for families, couples, and private functions or anyone wanting a precious play to stay.

Featuring five spacious bedrooms, easily sleeping up to 10 people, Chalet 345 offers a relaxing self catering experience with an open log fire, sauna and a huge terrace. Chalet 345 effortlessly mixes modern furnishings with traditional Alpine architecture.

All just five minutes walk from ski lifts and the authentic Les Gets town centre.

Entertaining and meeting spaces:

Chalet 345 offers self catering accommodation, combining luxurious modern fittings with authentic chalet architecture. Make yourself at home in the spacious open plan living room with unrivalled south facing views across Les Gets.

The main reception offers a central feature log fireplace (logs provided) and comfortable seating. In addition, the TV and Games room is equipped with a further large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, and huge DVD collection and games cupboard.

The kitchen is fully equipped to quote with all catering needs and includes a breakfast bar and views out to the garden.

Sleeping spaces:

Chalet 345 has five bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 people. Each bedroom offers double or twin beds, furnished to a very high interior designed standard. A sauna is located on the ground floor and will help relax ski weary muscles. Most bedrooms open onto private balconies and have piste or mountain views.

There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. Two are large family bathrooms and a further ensuite. They all contain welcome sized L’Occitane products. Luxurious bath, hand towels and slippers are also provided.

The Rest:

After a day on the slopes, relax in the sauna or book a masseuse to come and work on tired muscles. Unwind on the large terrace and light the BBQ or make snowmen in the large private garden surrounding the chalet.

Chalet 345 has adequate storage for all winter sports equipment or can help arrange for private lockers at the base of the lift. The chalet is a perfect place for après ski.

Outside there is a large terrace with a seating area and BBQ, ideal for enjoying the sunny winter days. There is also ample parking for 3 cars. It is at the end of a private road so very quiet, yet moments from the centre of Les Gets and the lifts.

Why can't I call Michelle (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
