This 2 bedroomed apartment is a rare find in a priviledged position.

One of only a handful of apartments in the Chamonix Valley where you can ski back to the door but still have the convenience of the cable car, chair lift , restaurants, shops and bars only a 200m level walk away.

Being located in Les Houches on the famous Kandahar run of the World Cup Ski Circuit makes this property ideal for ski holidays.

In summer, climbers of Mont Blanc and walkers of the Tour de Montblanc will find this is the perfect base camp with the access point for both only 200m away.

Or simply relax and enjoy the fabulous panorama of the Mont-Blanc chain from the large deck area and swimming pool.

The apartment is a comfortable and cosy, recently renovated basement apartment, within a larger chalet. It has its own independent entrance, accessed through the shared garden.

There are 2 seperate bedrooms. The largest bedroom can be made up as a double or twin. The smaller bedroom has a double bed only. The sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area allows up to 6 people to stay in the apartment.

The kitchen area is well equipped and there is a seperate dining area.

The family bathroom has a large shower enclosure.

Outside the entrance there is a large decking area giving fabulous views of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc chain. Here you will find seating and a large gas BBQ. There is also a garden area here.

The heated outdoor pool is available June-September and shared with the residents of the chalet only. Please note it is heated by a heat exchanger so the temperature depends on the outside temperature. The apartment has its own entrance point to the pool, through the patio doors of the largest bedroom.

Parking for the property is in the public car park next to the chalet building.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
