Quote from the owner; if you open a bottle of champagne at home, the cork will hit the sea. Fully airconditioned villa on the edge of the sea, or as they say in France “pied en l’eau”, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms suitable for 5 adults and 2 children. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen with all the necessities, the master bedroom with bathroom and a bed of 160 x 200 opening onto the terrace with beautiful sea view, and a 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed of 80 x 190 cm, and with a beautiful antique sink. On the floor below, which cannot be reached from the house itself but from the outside, are 2 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet, where the maritime feeling in one of the bathrooms is perfectly implemented in the form of a copy from a door in a submarine. Both bedrooms have direct sea view and open onto a terrace. There are fans in all bedrooms. A staircase leads to the sea with a jetty, which is shared with the neighbour. The villa guarantees a lot of swimming pleasure in the largest swimming pool in the world.
