Cosy Provençal villa with large private swimming pool and a wonderful location with beautiful sea views from the terrace and a beautiful spacious garden with a lot of privacy. The sea is about 50 metres from the villa, and a sandy beach at 350 meters. The kitchen is fully equipped. All bedrooms have air conditioning. On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms , 2 with double beds, and 1 with 2 single beds. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet. There is also a separate toilet. On the floor where you can find the heated swimming pool there is an independent apartment with a double bed, bathroom, living room and a small kitchenette. In the garden you have access to a fixed BBQ, and there are several terraces where you can enjoy both the sun and the shade; one of these terraces is covered. The centre of les Issambres with all its restaurants and shops is at 750 meters from the villa. On-site parking is available for three to four cars. In the summer you may hear some noise in the garden from the road at the front of the villa.The combination of location, luxury and price makes this villa highly recommended. This villa really offers everything for a successful holiday on the Cote d'Azur.

The villa can also be rented without the independent apartment, with a maximum occupation of 6 people.
