In our area classified, in the Loire Valley, halfway between Paris and the ocean, come and relax in our typical house of Anjou. Independent of our house with a large garden, enjoy nature breaks, observing the Loire, its flora and fauna. Near Angers, you will discover this beautiful city, richly endowed with historic sites. The place should solo business travelers, couples, and families with children. Breakfast offered house This little house, independently of the main house, decorated in the spirit of Anjou, is composed of 2 parts: a large room upstairs, with a 160 bed, with sheets, (with TV-TNT + free wifi), and bathroom (shower - WC) and a large living room on the ground floor, which can become a cozy room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 in 140). There is no kitchenette. You can prepare a hot beverage (coffee, tea and herbal tea), flipping through some magazines or comics available. In the bathroom, there is a little need (shampoo, shower gel, soap, Kleenex, cotton ...), towels and hair dryers. One carrying with hangers is available in the room. If needed, we will provide our washing machine, to help you out. You can enjoy your breakfast in the dining room of our house, or if you prefer, you can be served in your house. If you are cycling (road the Loire bike passes by our house), we can put your bikes away in the adjacent pantry. Finally, the garden is at your disposal if you want to walk there, get rest and feel the old roses. You will have no problem to park your car safe in our garden. Depending on your needs and your interests, we will gladly direct you: restaurants, museums, castles, vineyards, walks, .. We will share our best addresses in the region, you will find tourist brochures and addresses in the house. Our house is located in the historic heart of Ce Bridges. (It is said that this name comes from Bridges Caesar!). In a few hundred meters you will cross several rivers: the 2 arms of the Loire Authion, the Louet ... In the center, 2 minutes walk, you will find shops, restaurants, the media center, the castle, a neighborhood of Art: Ce Bridges of the Rives, but also swimming, outdoor pool in summer. The city of Angers Ponts de Cé borders. You can get there by bike, bus (several bus lines provide the connection) but also tram ride from the Rose Garden Station (5 minutes from home) with free parking for your vehicle. Finally, if a need for service, we can pick you up at the TGV station of Angers. We can drop you in the center of Angers (barely 10 minutes from the house).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
