Villa Sequoia is a four-bedroom property with private, heated pool on a well-established and pleasantly lush gated residence of similar properties.

Located in the Oasis Les Jardins holiday park (formerly known as Les Jardins des Sables d’Olonne) this peaceful villa complex is situated 5 km from Les Sables d'Olonne, a lively and popular seaside resort with excellent sandy beaches and all the facilities one would expect from a holiday destination with an excellent reputation.

The family-friendly residence offers various on site facilities such as tennis court, table tennis, bike hire as well as an acclaimed restaurant.

Nearby Les Sables d’Olonne is Vendee’s best known and largest resort. With its long promenade, choice of wide sandy beaches and excellent quayside restaurants, it is a popular destination for a family seaside holiday. It has a thriving fishing port and world class marina which is the start and finish point of the prestigious Vendee Globe sailing event, a single-handed race around the world.

The Atlantic coast is under a kilometre from the park, the nearest beach just 2 km away and the famous Puy du Fou theme park just an hour away.

Living/dining room with TV, hi-fi, sofa, 2 armchairs. Dining table. Sliding doors lead to open furnished terrace.

KITCHEN:

Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric or ceramic hob, kettle and coffee machine, toaster.

BEDROOMS:

Please note: The bed configuration varies according to the villa. Please consult with us regarding your preference when making your reservation.

Bedroom 1: Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom with double bed or narrow twin beds (80cm), wardrobe.

First floor.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with double bed or twin beds, wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Bedroom with double bed or twin or bunk beds, wardrobe.

BATHROOMS:

Ground floor: Bathroom with bath and/or shower, washbasin. Separate wc. First floor: Shower room with wc.

EXTERIOR:

Garden (350m²). Swimming pool with alarm. Pool size: 7m x 4m. Depth: 1.4m throughout. Security system: Alarm. Steps. Outdoor furniture, 2 sunloungers. Barbecue.

CHANGEOVER DAY

Arrive any day (except Sunday) and between 6/7/24 and 30/8/24 when Saturday changeovers only.

Check-in between 5pm-8pm. Checkout before 10am.

End of stay cleaning: 160€.

Beds made up on arrival, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels: 27€ per person.

For 2024 pool heating is included for all stays between 27/4/24 to 30/9/2024. Please note that pool heaters are subject to weather conditions, no temperature can be guaranteed. As the heating of the pool is included in the price, no refund can be made in the event of bad weather or temperatures below 10° at night.

Pool heating is available from 1/4/24 to 26/4/24 at 25€ per day and taken for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Breakfast delivery service. Prices available on request.

Table tennis (rackets available)

The villa and pool were perfect. The site was very peaceful and relaxing. The area was ideal for beaches and walks. Booking with selectvillas was easy and they were very helpful.

I would have to agree that the furnishings of villa number 12 are lovely but indeed villa 47 has more garden and landscaped space. Whilst all villas are of the same standard the decor inside, gardens and pool shapes do vary and all have something different to offer. Please rest assured that I will look into the issues you raised and see if some improvements can be made. If you are planning on staying in Jardins D'Olonne for a third time then feel free to contact me directly so that I can make sure that you are allocated your preferred villa assuming that you book early enough as the best villas tend to go early as you can imagine! Once again thank you for your booking.
