Large house very comfortable, ideally located 2 steps from the dock, with panoramic terrace for meals (large table, barbecue). In order to enjoy the exceptional view (departure from the Vendée Globe), the large living room and terrace are located on the second floor (lounge area, kitchen, meals). The living room opens directly onto the terrace. They give all 2 on the marinas and fishing, on the channel which leads to sea and on the roofs of Sables d'Olonne. Direct access to the Grand Plage: 8 minutes on foot. A water bus can cross the channel in 2 minutes. It works all day and evening. The house is located 20 meters from the dock and its many activities (market, restaurants, shops ...). The house has 6 comfortable bedrooms (recent bedding - no sofa bed or unpleasant surprises), 3 bathrooms and 2 independent toilets. . Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 sitting area, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 2 single beds (90 cm), 1 dresser (access per room 1 or alley). Bedroom 3 (floor 1): 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 (floor 1): 2 single beds (90 cm), 1 wardrobe, 1 library. Bedroom 5 (floor 1): 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 chest of drawers, 1 TV. Bedroom 6 (floor 1): 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 chest of drawers. Bathroom 1 (ground floor): shower. Bathroom 2 (1st floor): bath, shower. Bathroom 3 (1st floor): shower. 2 independent toilets The living room has views of the channel and the ports. It overlooks the kitchen area and the terrace. It is equipped with sofas, leather armchairs, TV (big screen / fiber), WIFI. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, overlooks the lounge area and terrace (induction hob, 2 refrigerators, dishwashing machines, linen, clothes dryer ...). The terrace is equipped with a large convivial table, a large gas griddle. It has an electric blind and night lighting for both day and night meals. For the meals: . Round table outside (10 people). Inside table (14 people). Kitchen table (6 persons) The house has:. a closed courtyard: secure location for car (remote control provided). a covered garage for motorcycles, bicycles, beach equipment ... The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of charming streets (hollyhocks, fishermen's houses), 20 meters from the dock. From its terrace (and the living room) one dominates the roofs of Les Sables d'Olonne and the channel that leads to the marinas and fishing. You can observe, day and night, the broom boats returning or going out at sea.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
