Direct access to the Grand Plage: 8 minutes on foot. A water bus can cross the channel in 2 minutes. It works all day and evening. The house is located 20 meters from the dock and its many activities (market, restaurants, shops ...). You can observe, day and night, the broom boats returning or going out at sea.
