Situated just 5 minutes’ walk from Erno lake beach in Lesa, this lovely 4-bed duplex apartment with shared pool provides a wonderful holiday base from which to bask in the sun and soak up Lake Maggiore’s top highlights.

Inside, the 1st floor apartment offers versatile family-friendly accommodation across two light and airy floors.

To the entrance floor, a spacious Living room with family Kitchen is well-equipped for enjoying memorable holiday meals, with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer provided.

From the 1st floor Living area, a sunny private terrace by the poolside boasts a generous alfresco dining set for up to 10.

A spacious Double bedroom with air conditioning also features to this floor, alongside a full family bathroom.

Upstairs, the 2nd floor comprises of 3 further bedrooms,all with air conditioning (1 Master bedroom with balcony access, a bedroom furnished with 2 separate Single beds and a versatile family room furnished with 3 separate Single beds). A large modern bathroom with shower completes the accommodation on this floor. Guests are please asked to note that the homeowner will only accept a maximum capacity of up to 6 guests.

The year-round communal pool is centrally placed in the residence and is shared by just 20 apartments in all. Sun loungers are readily available for guests and residents. The quiet, beautiful residence also benefits from a large uncovered parking area for residents’ use.

The scenic lakeside resort village of Lesa, with its year-round amenities is only 4 minutes’ drive away. Erno lake beach is only a short 5-minute stroll away.

Situated along ‘Via ai Prati’, guests are well-placed to sightsee and reach the nearby authentic eateries, restaurants, Erno beach, swimming pool and amenities on offer along the Lesa lakeshore (4 minutes’ drive away).

The resort village of Belgirate is just 7 minutes’ drive away, whilst further along the shore of Lake Maggiore, the famous resort town of Stresa (16 minutes’ drive away) provides a wealth of attractions and resort delights, including the famous Borromean Island boat tours to visit the impressive Isola Bella and Isola Madre gardens and the quaint fishing village charm of Isola dei Pescatori. The heritage attractions of Arona are also within easy reach, 16 minutes’ drive away. The Golf club of ‘Golf des Iles Borromees’ is just 21 minutes’ drive away.

The beautiful botanical gardens of Villa Taranto can be reached in 39 minutes by car, whilst western neighbouring Intra (43 minutes’ drive) provides car-passenger ferry links to the eastern shore resort town of Laveno (for reaching the Hermitage of Santa Caterina in Reno).

Lake Maggiore is a very family-friendly destination; with Safari and Wildlife Parks, the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park and the Ondaland high-tech water park to enjoy, alongside wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing. Lago di Varese, Lago di Comabbio and Lake Lugano are also within easy driving distance.

How do damage deposits work?
