Ideal for families! 120 square meters apartment, located in a quiet area of Levanto perfect for enjoying Levantine beaches and for easily visiting the 5 lands; the station is in fact exactly 3 minutes on foot, while the beach is 10 minutes. The apartment consists of 3 large bedrooms with large wardrobes equipped with comfortable double beds with modern and comfortable mattresses. A large living room that can be used as a dining room equipped with sofas, armchairs, table, antique furniture and large TV with digital channels. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, tea and coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, etc.), perfect for preparing lunches and dinners for breakfast. There are 2 bathrooms: a smaller one with a shower cubicle and a washing machine and a larger one with a bathtub. The apartment is on the first floor and has a double terrace and a large garden with tables, deck chairs, gazebo, a rocking chair for lunch / dinner. outdoors or just sunbathing. The apartment has a parking space and a free private motorbike parking, for a second car you can easily find free parking in the area. The structure is completely covered by free wi-fi, we have available in the garage some bikes for adults and children with chain and padlock left in free use for guests to make transfers to the beach and the station. In front of the house entrance there is a small park with benches and trees ideal for children to play or cool off in the shade of the trees. We speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese fluently. We are always available to guests for any eventuality and for any useful suggestion to better enjoy your stay at our facility. HOUSE RULES: Pets are allowed if they are small to medium in size but at most one animal. For smokers there are 2 terraces and an outdoor garden for smoking, smoking inside the house is not allowed. There are some rules to respect for door-to-door recycling, which will be explained at the beginning of the stay; the structure will provide all the necessary tools for the collection (bins, bags) There are no entry policies leaving the house, check in and check out will be agreed with guests NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS: The neighborhood is quiet full of second homes, no pub or nightclub is located near the house. The center of the main commercial activities of the town is a 2-3 minute walk away, reachable through a very comfortable typical Ligurian pedestrian street (caruggio) that leads to the main square and the beach. The train station is on the other side of the river and can be easily reached by crossing a bridge which is 100 m from the apartment, in 2 minutes on foot you can easily reach the station. The noise of the train is little given the few night trains and the soundproofed structure of the house makes you sleep soundly. In the square in front of the station there is the main public bus stop. A supermarket is located 500 m from the house and in the area there are some shops of typical products. Levanto is rightly considered the gateway to visit the Cinque Terre. Its privileged position added to the presence of many accommodation facilities, tourist activities and the railway station makes it the ideal destination for those who want to discover the wonders of the 5 Terre but also other places such as the Gulf of Poets, Portovenere, Portofino and the Golfo Paradiso, Sestri levante and the extraordinary hinterland, the organic valley, the vara valley. Levanto itself has a lot to offer: the beautiful beach is one of the most important Italian spots for surfing and other maritime sports. There are also many well-equipped bathing establishments to enjoy the sea to the fullest. The hills are full of ancient villages with breathtaking views, there are many possibilities for food and wine interest. During the summer there are many traditional and folkloristic events where you can discover particular aspects of Ligurian culture and taste typical gastronomic specialties.
