3 Bedroom 3 Bathrooms, Country Home Nestled In The Heart Of The Bluegrass

Make our home. . . your home. Located 30 minutes from Lexington, KY. Stay on the 85 acre farm with the enjoyment of the changing panoramas. Experience the rustic beauty in our warm and inviting facility that appeals with irresistible and understated elegance. Our one-of-a-kind rooms that feature accommodations for 4-12 guests. Our Frontier Suite is a 2-story suite with the original spiral staircase, giving you a rustic feel to country living. This room offers a queen size bed upstairs and a sleep sofa in the 'sitting room' The original fireplace from the 1800's is enjoyed from both levels, and shares a bathroom. Our next suite is the Nesting Room, located on the first floor next to the kitchen. Having a bathroom next to it, 2 queen size beds and a full futon, it also has the ability to sleep 4-6 people. Our third suite is Ponder Place. This offers 2 queens size beds and a full size futon. Across from the room is a large bathroom that has 2 showers, 2 sinks and Jacuzzi tub. An expansive fully equipped kitchen for your cooking pleasures. Our spacious living room has a stone fireplace that was built from the river rock of the property. Enjoy all the natural wood features that has been used in the building of Jordan Hill Farm.

Outdoor amenities offer ponds, a hot tub , walking trails, and Jordan Springs. A picturesque and peaceful surrounding with a fire pit to have a perfect gathering for BBQ's and bonfires. Explore the property's beautiful meadows. Close to Lexington, and many historic sites, it is a perfect place to come and relax. Did we say we have croquet, badminton, volleyball, and corn hole to have some fun!

10 miles off of exit 90A on I-75, we're convenient to everywhere you want to go. Downtown Richmond, Ft. Boonsborough State Park, White Hall, Battlefield of Richmond, Lexington, Berea, Renfro Valley, Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland Racetrack. Explore the antique shops and quaint boutiques nearby. We are 90 minutes from Louisville, easy to get to the derby and then come back to a real country style of enjoyment and relaxation. If you would like to bring your horse, boarding is available.

House rules

The farm house is with kitchen condiments and starters of toilet paper, paper towels, also sheets& towels. Smoking is allowed outside and please make sure ashtrays are dumped and put in trash bags, Diapers are needing to be placed in trash bags then placed in the receptacles of trash cans. We appreciate your care for the farm, We do live on the farm and just a cell call away if needed. With the stairs being hardwood we encourage rubber bottom shoes or bare feet. Slippery with socks on.

Everything was wonderful. The home was very comfortable and lovely and clean. A very friendly and homey environment. Cant wait to stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
