Brick Ranch Dwelling on Quiet Court

The convenient setting is on a very quiet court which provides for additional privacy and security. The Brick Ranch has an eat in kitchen and private patio with gas grill which provides for a relaxing atmosphere. The property is located near great shopping and dining as well as UK, Keeneland and the KY Horse Park, Fasig Tipton, The Kentucky Horse Center, Rupp Arena, Lexmark, Toyota and The Lexington Convention Center. In fact all of Lexington, including Georgetown, Versailles, Paris, Louisville and Cincinnati are easily accessible because of the convenient location and ease of access to all major roads and interstates.

The dwelling is located off Nicholasville Road close to Fayette mall and is about 12 minutes from Keeneland and the Airport and about 20 minutes to The Kentucky Horse Park and about 10 minutes from downtown Lexington. This convenient location within the city of Lexington provides our quests with time saving access to all of Lexington. The home can accommodate both small and large groups of travelers.

Three Bedrooms, Living Room, Eat in Kitchen, Laundry Area and one Full Bath ~ approximately 1000 square feet of living space. sleeps 6 .

The rooms are nicely furnished along with linens in typical Kentucky tradition. Full Size Washer and Dryer furnished. The Brick Ranch has a fenced yard and is PET and KID friendly, with a safe and secure outdoor recreation area. There are three bedrooms that sleeps 6 people, 2 persons per bed. The Full Kitchen includes all major appliances; Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher and includes microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as Cooking Utensils, Dishes, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Flatware, Serving Spoons, Pots, Pans, etc.

Enjoy the advantages and benefits of staying in the heart of Lexington. The relaxed atmosphere provides a quiet setting and the local neighborhood provides a real taste of the Bluegrass.

The Brick Ranch is located inside Circle 4 on a quiet court. The property has fast and easy access to New Circle Road, Man O' War Blvd, The Kentucky Horse Park, Fasig Tipton, The Kentucky Horse Center, Rupp Arena, Lexmark, Toyota and The Lexington Convention Center. This provides an advantage to both business professionals and vacation travelers. The actual distance to Keeneland Race Course and Keeneland Sales Pavilion is about 12 miles. In fact, all of Lexington, including Georgetown, Versailles, Paris, Louisville and Cincinnati are easily accessible.

Day trips include: Horse Sales, Horse Racing, Horseback Riding, The Kentucky Horse Park, The Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event, Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill and local wineries or just enjoy a leisurely drive through the countryside and view our beautiful Horse Farms and the widely acclaimed Bluegrass Region.

You will find the Brick Ranch and its accommodations to be quite charming, the Living Room has ample seating. The kitchen is fairly spacious and with a table that seats 4 and provides a comfortable place for meetings or planning. The home has Full Sized Washer and Dryer furnished.

There is one full bath. This charming dwelling is located in a very desirable area of Lexington. Monthly and longer term rates are available. Additional photos are available upon request. Rates may change during special events. Minimum stay and $700.00 to $1,000.00 reservation / damage deposit is required. Security deposit is refunded.

Note: Until reservations are confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. $75.00 cleaning fee required at end of stay depending on the number of people and rooms rented . I prefer payment by check or money order. Credit Cards accepted. Pets considered. Please call or email with any question that you may have.
