PRIVATE BEACH WITH BEACH UMBRELLA, BED AND LAYER INCLUDED IN THE RATE 150 METERS FROM THE RESIDENCE Hi my name is Roberto, Giorgia and I have been running the Alba d'oro Residence since 2005, before us my parents since 1971, I would be happy to welcome you to spend a peaceful and wonderful carefree holiday in Jesolo Lido. Even in 2019, the Blue flag has been recognized for 16 consecutive years ... it is awarded to the best seaside resorts and the Green flag should not be underestimated ... beach suitable for children. We like to travel and stay in comfortable and clean modern rooms and so in 2017 we decided to restore the entire Residence internally and externally. The dimensions are approximately 40sqm suitable for families of up to 4 people, the modern style kitchen with a giant fridge has a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, bathroom with windowed shower and bedroom with double bed and bunk bed with also a nice terrace. We are in a central area of Lido di Jesolo at the same time very quiet suitable for families provided by shops, restaurants, games room, ice cream parlors, skip skip for the little ones, beach with entertainment, park on the beach, pedestrian area for evening walks, stop bus. NO PETS SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: The private beach is 150 meters away. from the residence with umbrella sun bed and deckchair included in the rate Animation on the beach for all ages Wi-Fi Energy and water utilities Bicycles with equipment for children Lift Private parking inside the Residence TV SAT Safe deposit box Baby bed Baby high chair Bed for children BED AND BATH LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED, IT IS POSSIBLE TO BRING YOUR OWN OR RENT IT. RENTAL COSTS: BED LINEN € 6.00 PER PERSON BATH LINEN € 6.00 PER KIT (large - medium - small) EXTRA COSTS: Air conditioning costs € 0.40 per kilowatt hour approximately € 0.80 per night Washing machine at a cost of € 2.00 per wash. Pessima gestione, molto maleducati.. sembrava ci stessero facendo un favore a farci vedere l’appartamento e a darci delle indicazioni. Cucina poco attrezzata e spazio del bagno molto ridotto

Primo sono io che non vi voglio più ....secondo caso potevate andarvene quando vi ho " cacciati " per il comportamento maleducato tenuto al momento del vostro arrivo....come ti ho ben detto puoi scrivere quante recensioni negative vuoi non mi fanno un "baffo" perché sono le CENTINAIA DI RECENSIONI POSITIVE che fanno testo e non quelle di una ragazzina vizziata...ah una cosa nel foglio che ti ho presentato che si chiama REGOLAMENTO DI CONDOMINIO, che certamente non avete letto, c'era scritto che in casa non si fuma...viva l'educazione è il rispetto dei prossimi clienti.

Bella casa e posto tranquillo per famiglie non troppo numerose. Casa accogliente e piacevole. Ombrellone a davvero 5 minuti a piedi dal portone e servizi vicini e comodi. Consigliato.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roberto (the owner) a message.

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
