    Désolés que le gite, la région, l’environnement ne vous ai pas plu, la météo pas très bonne y est peut être pour quelque chose Je regrette simplement, que vous ne soyez pas venu nous faire part de vos remarques, nous aurions certainement pu résoudre certain problème, nous habitons à 30 mètres. Même au moment du départ vous n’avez fait aucun commentaire Quand à l’agencement du gite et sa décoration, vous disposiez de toutes les informations et photos, aussi bien sur le site TripAdvisor que sur notre site internet, en général ce type de décoration plait Cordialement Sorry that the cottage, the region, the environment were not pleasant for you, not very good weather it can be for something I regret just, that you not come do us share your remarks, we could certainly solve some problem, we live in 30 metres.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
