The Rose is a delightful one -bedroom Contemporary style, Luxury apartment with a small lawned terrace, overlooking a lovely garden.
Next door to The Lavender Apartment, it shares a courtyard, but enjoys separate outside areas.
The Residences, are situated in the vibrant town of Limoux, with year round entertainment, and the main square, full of great bars and restaurants are just around the corner.
When the time comes to slip away from the attractions in and around the town, the apartment offer the ideal retreat , a peaceful haven, where you can barbeque or cook something tasty you bought in the lively weekly market.
Perfectly situated for the train station, that can take you into the exciting city of Carcassonne, for just one euro!
And perfect links for Narbonne, and Barcelona.
Ideal for a couple, or two couples who travel together. There is also a fold-up bed for a child or young adult, they are equipped for both long and short stay guests.
There is ample parking and the position is two minutes from the main square, a few steps from the river Aude.
The Rose Apartment, has a modern open plan layout with colonial style furniture and furnishings, with exposed stone wall in the large living room area. There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining space, a beautiful bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. A pretty lawned terrace is adjacent to the entrance steps.

Living & Dining Area: Colonial style chairs and sofa, Modern table and four chairs, tv and dvd/cd player, built in wardrobe for extra clothing storage , window looks over the terrace onto the garden.
Kitchen: The kitchen is off the living area, newly fitted and well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Full range of pots and pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery for four people. The use of a washing machine is available and is located in a laundry room set just below the Lavender apartment, an iron and an ironing board are provided..
Bedroom: A charming romantic bedroom with a double bed, quality bed linen, storage and hanging space. A hairdryer is provided. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom.
Additional sleeping accommodation: A travel cot for a baby or a fold up bed for a child or young adult, can be provided by prior request.
Bathroom; The fully tiled bathroom, has a modern shower behind a glass screen, modern wash stand with glass basin, and a white WC.
Outside: the apartment has a lawn terrace with a table and two chairs, and overlooks the pretty garden of the neighbour, who shares the courtyard, the private garden of the two apartments, has two sun chairs, and a shaded deck.
Parking: There is parking in the street, and the riverside car park is only 50 meters away.
Suitability note: The apartment is in a generally quieter part of the town. However you may hear some noises associated with the daily life of a small French town - we do not believe they are obtrusive.
The apartments do share the courtyard with a lovely French lady who has three elderly residents, so we ask clients to respect their privacy. The apartments are not part of a communal block, and have only a few steps for entry.
Internet: An internet connection is available via Wi-Fi for use with your own laptop.
Telephone: There is no landline telephone here, but mobile phone signals in the area are generally good.
Baby Facilities: A travel cot or fold up bed for a child or young adult are available upon request.
Winter Heating: Is included in the rental price.
Electric and Water: Are all included in the rental price.
End of Stay Cleaning: Is included in the rental price.
Bed and bathroom linen: Are included in the rental price.
Taxe de Sejour: In France it is necessary to pay a Taxe de Sejour at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
Change Over Day: Completely flexible subject to availability. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights, except by special arrangement.
Pets: are not permitted here, sorry.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Deborah (the owner) a message.

If Deborah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
