This cottage is the newest addition to the Bella Beach Community. It’s located just one house back from the Pacific Ocean on the main street into the Bella Beach community. Beach Bungalow is a cozy one level two bedroom Nantucket-style cottage with everything you'll need to fulfill your vacation dreams. Beach Bungalow…by the sea is a perfect couples or small family retreat.

The comfortable open living room with its high wood ceilings and cozy gas log fireplace add to the livability of this cozy-cottage. Nothing was speared in the selection of custom furnishings, cabinetry and fixtures throughout "Beach Bungalow." The media center features a flat screen television, stereo, surround sound and a DVD. Two bedrooms off the living area connect to a large back deck with a hot tub and outdoor beach-furnishings for your relaxation while enjoying the southern exposure…step off the deck to your own private beach-fire pit.

The master suite has been prearranged for our most discerning guests. A queen-sized top of the line mattress surrounded by a Lane-Cottage Collection poster bed, multiple pillows and luxurious high-thread count sheets make one feel they are there only to rest...sliding doors connect you to the spacious deck for hot tubing, dining or showering after a long day at the beach. The adjoining colorful and cheery bath is charming with Koehler and Moen fixtures and plenty of fresh white towels.

Beach Bungalow’s second bedroom, roomy and bright, is a retreat for guests that desire the luxury of a king bed, premium linens, and the ability to step out side for a late night dip in the hot tub. Nearby is the second full designer bath, plenty of fresh white towels, and washer and dryer for those sandy swim suits.

The small cozy kitchen offers custom antiqued painted black and saffron yellow Cardell Cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury cookware creating the perfect setting for cooking a simple or simply elegant meal…the distressed white and black dining table offers amble space for the group to dine late into the evening or play a game or two while enjoying the heat from the gas-log fireplace.

Beach Bungalow offers a spacious yard for your privacy and relaxation. There is small front porch and large 450 sq ft back deck with designer gate allowing small well-behaved pups or children to roam free without the opportunity to escape. The grounds are lined with native shore pines, purple ice butterfly bushes, pink escallonia and many other Oregon Coast native plants. Beach Bungalow...by the sea offers plenty of room to make new memories along the Coast of Oregon.

Minutes from recreation, shopping, fine dining and sights of Salishan, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City and Newport, there is always plenty to do nearby…whether visiting for a romantic getaway for two or a small family retreat Beach Bungalow...by the Sea is a truly wonderful place to get away from it all.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
