The appartment is situated in middle of the old town and Island Lindau in the lake of Konstanz. The nice brightly 1-room-appartment (35 qm), we have just finished to riface (new Boxspringbett) , is in an old charming new reconstructed house in middle of the center in a very small and quiet streat. You have 2 min. (by foot) to the old famous town hall and 3 min. (by foot) to both lake-sides - 1 side is the famous old port - and on the other side is the "kleiner See" - "small lake". you have everything close by: all kind of shops, supermarket, souvenier, bank, restaurants, bars, coffe, theatre, museum, market place, 2 old churches, busstop and train station.

Please leave the flat clean - if not we have to charge more, also when it is missing or broken something.

- Please pay the tourist-tax by check-in: euro 3,30/day/person

- for dogs you have to pay 60 euro for the hole stay - by check-in

- late check-in after 20.00 costs 8 E./hour late

I ask you to treat my new flat very well. You can bring also small animals like dogs with you in my flat - for a small extra charge ( forty), when they are well educated and not going on sofas, bed, chairs.....! please leave the house clean! - It is forbidden to add more people than booked!

sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön mitten auf der Insel. Alles ist sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Why can't I call Claudia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claudia (the owner) a message.

If Claudia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
