Villa Lindos Blue's location is hard to beat, located at the exclusive "Blue Line Villas" development and nestled in a tranquil, stunning mountain backdrop overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean.

With its perfect location (just a stone's throw from both Lindos & Pefkos) Villa Lindos Blue offers sumptious accommodation and elegant exclusivity.

Anyone who knows historic Lindos knows there are no villas in the village itself, let alone anywhere offering a private swimming pool. Our villa is perfectly situated just a couple of minutes drive away or a twenty minute stroll. The pretty village of Pefkos (also with a magnificent beach!) is only 5 minutes in the car to the south. The entire villa is bright & airy throughout, has been finished to impeccable standards and is equipped with top specification Scandinavian sourced (incredibly comfortable!!) beds & furniture. All three bedrooms are extremely spacious and have their own balconies commanding fantastic sea views. To add to all this we offer an array of features that separate Villa Lindos Blue from "the rest".....

Villa Lindos Blue is set on a large plot and has dedicated parking for several cars. The beautiful walled garden commands great views of the sparkling Aegean Sea. It comprises both lawn & gravel areas, perfect for a game of garden Jenga or Pétanque (both games provided).

Our island home offers a spacious sun terrace with ample space for sun bathing. Six comfortable sun loungers are available. For alfresco dining and located under the shady pergola there's a large teak table chairs. The villa also has its own traditional masonry BBQ.

The swimming pool and surrounding tiled patio keep the sun throughout the day. The "Blue Line" development as a whole is an exclusive, beautifully landscaped retreat set into the hillside with spectacular sea views. Our villa is located at the far end in a perfect and truly peaceful location.

We (James & Steve) offer you friendly and impeccable service from the moment you get in touch & book to the day you fly off to sunny Rhodes. On arrival you'll be in the capable hands of Paul & Sue who own & run Pefkos Property Management. They live a stone's throw from our villa are are on hand to help with you with anything! Paul cleans the swimming pool three times a week and, if you're staying for more than a week, Paul & Sue will carry out a full towel & linen change on weekly basis.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
