YOU HAVE FOUND ONE OF THE BEST VILLAS ON RHODES

This beautifully appointed Villa is situated between Lindos and Pefkos overlooking Psaltos bay ( also known as Navarone bay thanks to the film) making for the perfect base to enjoy your holiday and this lovely Island to the full.

The Villa is maintained to the highest standards and we only rent out for a maximum of 12 weeks per year.

The Villa is set over 3 floors with the top bedroom separated from the lower ones by the Lounge and Kitchen which are located on the ground floor.

On the lower ground floor are

Bedroom 1 with a King size bed, Fitted Wardrobes, Bedside Cabinets, Full length mirror and a Safe.

Bedroom 2 with 2 Single beds, Fitted Wardrobes, Bedside Cabinets and a Full length mirror.

Also on this floor is the Family Bathroom complete with a full size Walk in Shower.

The Washing machine is also on this floor located in its own walk in room.

On the top floor are

Bedroom 3 with a Double Bed, Fitted Wardrobes, Bedside Cabinet and a Mirror.

This Bedroom has its own En Suite with a large walk in Shower, Etc.

Patio doors from this Bedroom lead out to the Roof Terrace which has stunning views across the Bay and is equipped with a Table and 6 chairs.

Ground Floor

The Lounge and Kitchen are located on this floor, with Patio doors from the lounge and Kitchen plus the Front door giving access to the Full size covered Terrace, Swimming pool and Front Garden.

The Swimming pool is for the sole use of ours Guests as is everything else. The Swimming pool is cleaned at least 3 times per Week.

On the Patio you will find A soft Furnishing 3 piece Rattan Suite and a Large Dinning Table with 8 chairs. The Terrace has full lighting so if you want to enjoy dinning Al fresco and those long balmy evenings no problem.

In the Front Garden are 6 Sun Loungers, a very very large Sun Umbrella, also a Weber Barbeque.

The Lounge has 2 Leather Settees and a Leather Chair so easily accommodates up to 6 people, a large Coffee Table, Flat Screen T.V. with Internet, Satellite Box, D.V.D. player and a selection of Games and Books.

Internet and a Phone are provided including free of charge local calls to Land Lines. The phone will receive International Calls.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think of to enhance your stay i.e. Kitchen Table with 6 Chairs, Full size Cooker with a Fan Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 Slice Toaster, all the Crockery and Glasses you might need ( Usually at least 12 of each ).

At the Rear of the Villa is another area ideally suited for Sun bathing if you want to chase that Sunshine.

All Towels ( except Beach Towels ) and Bedding is provided (except for the cot ),

A Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board are also supplied.

Each Bedroom and the Lounge have their own Air Conditioning Units which operate as part of the Air Conditioning Package which is supplied Free of Charge within your Booking Fee.

We also provide a Welcome Pack for your arrival, Dishwasher Tablets ( 1 for each Day ), Washing Liquid for the Washing Machine and even a bottle of Washing Up Liquid.

I know you would expect us to say this but this Villa is our pride and joy and we think it is fantastic. We use the Villa as much as we can ourselves hence the limited Rental Period.

Everything associated with this Villa is of a high quality as it is as much for us as it is for our Guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Garry (the owner) a message.

If Garry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
