This fantastic 2 bedroom villa with private infinity pool and breath-taking views will suit you perfectly for a completely relaxing holiday.

Due to the fact that villa is allocated on the elevated plateau it offering spectacular view of the Aegean sea and Vlicha Bay. From the villa, it is just a short stroll down to the beach, with plenty of places to eat and drink lining the shore. The villa will be an ideal choice for those who want to visit Lindos - one of the main attractions of the island, which is only a few minutes’ drive away.

This completely new villa was finished in August 2014 and due to the perfect location and magnificent sea views immediately became popular among the tourists ( because of technical problems it was impossible to preserve the reviews of the previous year). The discerning guest will appreciate the flair and imagination that has gone into the design of this luxurious properties.

The villa has 2 well-appointed bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with king size bed) both with their own luxurious en-suite shower rooms. There is also adittional sofa bed in the living area that makes it possible to accomodate up to 4 people + 2 children or 5 Adults at the same time.

Both bedrooms are very comfortable, with fitted wardrobes and are very light because of the large patio doors especially designed here to permit you enjoy the astonishing sea views.

Spacious and light open plan living areas with high ceiling and plenty of windows to let the daylight in include spacious sitting and dinning areas and modern contemporary kitchens. The large patio doors in the living areas will let you enjoy the splendid views over the sea and Vlyha Bay.

All the kitchens are equipped with contemporary quality appliances.

Outside villa there is a spacious, perfectly planned decked terrace with private infinity swimming pool 8 metre х 5 metre and relaxing sun-loungers and BBQ area. Especially designed BBQ area with built-in, spacious and comfortable cushioned seating area, perfectly positioned dining table and chairs - that's the ideal place to pass the whole day relaxing and enjoying al fresco meals, swimming and sunbating or just enjoying sunrises and sunsets with a glass of famous greek wine.

Villa has the convenience of their accommodation arranged on the one floor to provide an extra large open-plan living area.

There is free air-conditioning and Wi-fi connection in the villa and a purpose-built shower cubicle is conveniently sited close to the pool and seating areas.

Perfect! Beautiful villa with sweeping views that take your breath away!

The villa is set up very well, and all of our needs were met. The pool looks over Vlycha Bay and surrounds. We had a wonderful stay here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Grand Foundation (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
