A Linguaglossa , tra L'Etna ed il mare, a 20 km da Taormina, a 9 dall'autostrada troverete questa casa ristrutturata con gusto ,composta da tre piani con terrazza dalla superba vista sull'Etna, affittabile per camere, sia separatamente che insieme. La casa è composta da un monolocale con cucina al piano terra, che dispone di un letto matrimoniale ed un letto divano, angolo cottura, un grande bagno con doccia. Lavatrice e terrazza in comune. Al primo piano un bilocale: una grande camera con letto matrimoniale sdoppiabile, balcone e cucina, più una seconda piccola camera (opzionale) con letto matrimoniale sdoppiabile, due bagni di cui uno grande con doccia doppia ed uno piccolo di servizio. Da qui si accede alle scale e quindi all'ultimo piano dove troviamo: l'appartamento del proprietario, ed una terrazza panoramica sull'Etna accessibile o esclusiva per gli ospiti. Linguaglossa è situato alle pendici dell'Etna, in una posizione centrale per esplorare sia l'Etna che le zone di mare, al centro di tre parchi montani ed uno fluviale. A 45 minuti da Catania e 15' da Taormina.La casa è perfetta per una vacanza di un gruppo o una famiglia numerosa che vogliono al tempo conservare la privacy e indipendenza nelle camere, con la possibilità di riunirsi insieme nel soggiorno.Al tempo stesso sia il monolocale, che dispone di una capienza di tre quattro persone, che il bilocale,con la capienza fino a 6 (totale posti letto 10) possono essere il luogo ideale per famiglie o gruppi più piccoli. Ideale ancora come punto di partenza per gite in bici, sci, scialpinismo, mare, visita della Sicilia. Parchi, Stupenda vista Dell'Etna dalla terrazza comune.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mario (the owner) a message.

    If Mario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
