For you who wish to visit Alsace and at the same time to enjoy nature and the charms of the mountain to relax we offer in our cottage in the mountains the rental of new apartments, in beautiful surroundings with stunning views.

It is idyllic with breathtaking surroundings on the Hautes Vosges, the Valley of Guebwiller, the plain of Alsace.

You'll be at 850 MTS., departing from various hikes close to the road of wines, typical Alsatian villages, Colmar, Mulhouse city apartment with balcony and its 2 bedrooms is located on the 1st floor fully equipped kitchen. Living area with sofa chairs to enjoy the balcony 1 room with a bed of 1.40, nightstand, wardrobe.

1 bedroom with 2 beds of 0.90 and a bunk bed, bedside tables, cabinets bunk bed is reserved for the bed for a child only the bathroom shower - Outdoor Parking several new apartments are available in our House.

The cottage is located on the heights of LINTHAL said instead the HILSEN 850 MTS of altitude at the foot of the small ball and the Markstein(14 km) at the bottom of the Valley of GUEBWILLER (Firmin).

Guebwiller is close to what is called the crossroads of the three borders: France, Germany and Switzerland Linthal is located between the road and the road wines.

A unique network of trails, signposted and maintained by the Club Vosgien, iterates through the Vosges Massif you are close by: l ' Écomusée of Ungersheim, Zoo, Museum of automotive railway and d ' Electropolis of Mulhouse, the storks of Hunawihr Park parks Lautenbach Vivarium adventures Lac Blanc, Kruth Wildenstein of Bresse of museums of Colmar to the many castles such as Haut Koenigsbourg, the plain of Alsace with the wine route.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pascal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
