Aphrodite Blue Ionion Villa, is situated directly on the Ayia Napa Coastline across the bay from the Potamos Liopetri fishing heaven in Ayia Thekla on the outskirts of Ayia Napa in an exclusive area of outstanding natural beauty. It is part of an exclusive elegant project, situated at the beach front, with a secured private entrance.

The villa benefits from sea views which can be enjoyed internally from both ground and first floor levels and externally from the spacious veranda which allows residents to enjoy the panorama of the eastern Mediterannean stretching before them. The display of green, indigo, turquoise and blue waters dazzling before you under Cyprus's endless year-round sunshine invites watchers to engage in the pleasures of the water and simply drink in the view.

The residence is fully air conditioned, and consists of three double en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen. Residents can enjoy a large communal area, with a mature well cared garden, and a swimming pool ( 14x6).

The villa is ideal for families and couples who want to combine the vivid night life of Ayia Napa and the peacefulness of the Cyprus nature. It provides the opportunity for exploring the natural beauty of the area and especially the Mediterranean sea where you can find small natural treasures like shells, little crabs, sea snails etc. The villa also provides toys like bicycles for small children and a beautiful swing chair for three. The adults can take this opportunity to enjoy long walks along the coastline, snorkeling and fishing. The day can end either with a barbeque or enjoying a fresh Mediterranean fish at the local fish taverns which are on a walking distance.

For those who want to get the spirit of the night life of Ayia Napa, there is a bus stop just three hundred meters from the villa, where you can reach the centre of Ayia Napa in less than five minutes. An alternative is bicycling along the main bicycle road which leads to the centre point of Ayia Napa.
