Ideal for families & those not wanting the hustle & bustle of resort based surroundings this Self-Catering air conditioned 2 bedroom first floor apartment sleeps 6 persons.1 bathroom with shower.Great views across open countryside to mountains in the North. Large balcony with shaded areas perfect for alfresco dining, tables,chairs & recliners supplied. Ceiling fans in all rooms.Fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ on veranda.

There is use of the communal pool,children's pool, sunloungers etc, also a bar with satellite tv & wifi.The nearest beach is Agia Thekla -about 10 minutes drive.The resorts of Ayia Napa & Protaras are approximately 20 minutes away.

Shops,banks& restaurants are in the village.

The apartment will be cleaned & checked before and after your stay by our on-site property managers (included in rental price).

A car is recommended but please ask for advice on rental as we may be able to arrange this. Airport transfers can also be arranged.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
