CC Sanctuary is located 1hr North of Sydney on the beautiful Central Coast, with the train station a couple of minutes walk away.

Your own private Flat/studio with own private entrance and is Separate from main house. A modern secure flat with all the comforts of home.

Great inclusive features such as air conditioning, Big King pillow top Bed, huge 55" lcd tv, linens all provided.

Park your car right right at your front door under the carport, put your feet up and make yourself at home.

It is truly set up for your comfort.

A Good size detached flat with everything you need for a short getaway or extended stay.

We leave a small supply of tea, coffee and essentials, Coffee pod machine.

There is a microwave, full fridge and prep areas etc in the kitchen.

Full Bathroom, There is a big walk in robe with lots of space for storing all your gear.

King size pillow top bed and there is another pull out single bed in the sofa/couch.

Very secure with a modern feel.

All linen, towels etc are supplied.

Parking can be accessed at front door of your flat.

Front area all accessible, including a small sitting area. Strictly non smoking in and outside unit.

wifi can be made Available on request.

Late check out can be available up to 8pm for a small fee

Location in Lisarow is Close to everything.

Freeway to Sydney is only 5 mins away, 5 min walk to Train Station, 10 Mins to Westfield and to Erina Fair Shopping Centre.

Coles, Woolworths, MacDonalds 2 mins.

Gosford Waterfront and Gosford Hospital 10 min.

Central coast beaches 15-20 mins.

This studio flat is central whether you want to go to all the best beaches or if you want to shop till you drop at some of the biggest shopping Centres and the coast. You can catch a train or drive into Sydney which is only just over a hr away.

Or just relax and enjoy the wonderful accommodation.

Small note our little dog is some times in our fully fenced off backyard that you will hardly see and is totally separate.

Why can't I call Jarrod (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jarrod (the owner) a message.

If Jarrod (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
