Charming home built on the 30's and repaired on the beginning of 2006. Apartment in on the 1st floor: Double room, a fully equipped american kitchen, dining/sitting room, bathroom, hall, store-room, three small balconies. Complete with furniture.
Suitable for seniors and children, family holidays! Walking to the best old historical Lisbon area, 15 minutes from airport and 20m to the beach! -direct bus and subway-Rossio and Restauradores station
The Apartment can be rent for individuals, groups or families by self catering accommodation. It's the best alternative to stay in Lisbon, more privacy, more comfortable accommodation, a home abroad.

When you arrive you must leave a deposit of 100 Euros, which the owner will keep until the keys are returned to him, and if the apartment does not show any damages.

The payment must be made in cash and beforehand, when the keys are handedover.

The persons who occupy the apartment must hand over a copy of their identity card.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marisa (the owner) a message.

If Marisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
