The Silver I apartment is a charming, stylishly decorated and very comfortable 1-bedroom apartment in the Rua da Prata, right in the heart of Lisbon's downtown Baixa district and within walking distance of Rossio, Praça do Comércio and all the major tourist sights in central Lisbon.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a renovated historic building which has an elevator to the 4th floor (it is necessary to use the steps to go up just one more floor). There is a lovely terrace where it is possible to sit outside and have a glass of wine, enjoy the views towards the river, or even have your meals here. The apartment also has air-conditioning, cable TV and free wi-fi Internet.

The living room is bright and spacious, with space to one side reserved for an extra double sofa-bed, where 2 further guests can stay if necessary. There are large windows to let in the natural sunlight, and a door gives access to the terrace with a bench, chairs and a table. The furnishing is modern and stylish, with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, LCD with cable TV, DVD, and CD's.

The spacious double bedroom has a large, comfortable bed (2.00m x 1.60m), a chaise-lounge, mirror, reading lamps, tables and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is bright and clean, with a full bath tub, shower unit, WC, bidet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the time-saving devices you might need for a long or short stay in central Lisbon: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, coffee machine, electric grill, cooking utensil, cutlery, crockery and more.

The highlight of this property is definitely the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the warm Lisbon weather and relax outside.

If Maria gomes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
