From the owner

This 5th-floor accommodation is situated in a renovated building with elevator (to the 4th floor) in one of the most central areas in Lisbon; the Rua da Prata street, right in the heart of the downtown Baixa district and within walking distance from all the major tourist sights. It is a stylishly decorated flat, with 1 spacious double bedroom, a double bed tucked away to one side of the living room and separated by sliding screens, and, if necessary, a single fold-away bed, thus providing sleeping space for up to 5 guests.

The living room is large and lit by ample natural sunlight that streams in through the windows which give access to a narrow balcony. From here it is possible to look out over the Rua da Prata street, Lisbon's rooftops and towards the River Tagus, just 500 metres away. The room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and DVD, and other quality items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

To one side of this room, and without being at all intrusive on the living space, there is a double bed which is cordoned off almost completely by sliding screens. This is a real bed and provides sleeping space for a further two guests. If necessary, an extra single bed can be placed here in the living room, or in the main bedroom, providing accommodation for up to 5 people.

The main bedroom is very spacious, and includes a large double bed (2.00m x 1.60m), bedside tables, reading lamps, ample wardrobe space for storing clothes, armchair, and has 2 windows to let in the light and air.

The kitchen is bright and modern, and includes all the necessary appliances, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for a complete self-catering stay, as well as a dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a half bathtub, shower unit, heated towel rack, bidet, WC and washbasin.

This apartment is one of two similar properties, both of which are located on the 5th floor of a central building which has a lift/elevator which goes up to the 4th floor, meaning that you have to climb just one floor to reach both apartments. There are only two apartments on this floor of the building, so a large family or group of friends up to a total of 9 guests could rent both and enjoy total privacy:
