This is a safe & secure short term Let. A city centre townhouse with a private & secure courtyard garden with dual access from both the front and rear.

It would make an excellent refuge in a busy City for a family at short notice.

The house is a period property and has been recently renovated to an excellent standard with a brand new shower/bath suite fitted. The accommodation is bright, light and airy with living/dining space in two reception rooms on the ground floor with a large separate kitchen. It is fully equipped for short stay bookings. Longer stays (2-6 months) are available by request.

Location is key because the house is pleasantly situated for all local amenities and shopping. Parking is available locally but a car is not essential, due to excellent transport links in the immediate vicinity. The local Wallace Park is a two minute walk to beautiful open parkland and a picturesque walk into town if preferred. The Train Station for Lisburn City is

There will be an additional charge for utilities. Oil charge currently £100 per 250Ltr fill payable to the owner on entry. Subsequent monthly re-fills are required through the owner. October to April inclusive. There is a pre-payment card for electricity top up when initial credit remaining on entry expires.

Full details of all occupants and vetting may be required, including proof of ID x2 for all guests (over 16) to support requests for stays over 1 month.

The owner reserves the right to request a fully refundable damage deposit of £100 in respect of bookings for 1 month or more, payable on entry.

Lisburn City is a thriving large town. The property is within walking distance to the town centre & local shopping Mall. It is a short stroll to the Civic Centre and Town Hall if you are attending a function or civil ceremony there. Lisburn City has all the major entertainment attractions ie. Olympic size pool and leisure complex, bowling alley and Multiplex cinema and restaurants. The town is also home to Thiepval Army barracks. Lisburn is Northern Irelands third City and within 20 minute journey to Belfast City.
