Between the Trasimeno plain and the luxuriant hills of the Umbria region, Villa Rubino stands as an ideal destination for those who are searching for a holiday in a landscape of rare beauty characterized by lush vegetation and a breathtaking view overlooking the Trasimeno lake. Its location makes it the perfect starting point for day trips to discover the most beautiful historic and artistic towns of Tuscany and Umbria, that can be reached by car in no time.

The property is surrounded by olive trees and an extended and elegant garden, fully delimited by a flourishing hedge from which you gain access to the beautiful swimming pool (5x10 meters - fixed depth 1,50 meters - open from May 1st until September 30th), fully exposed to the sun throughout the day and equipped with sun deck in Tuscan Serena stone and umbrellas to relax in total quiet and privacy.

The Villa is composed of three independent apartments that can accommodate up to 10 people offering the chance of spending a holiday all together yet preserving each groups privacy.

Villa Rubino also has a barbecue for you to enjoy your al fresco dinings while sipping a glass of wine, breathing the invigorating lake air.

The Villa offers a convenient private parking and Wi fi connection. Pets allowed.

Villa Rubino develops on two floors, each one composed of a comfortable and independent apartment, tastefully furnished with a particular eye to detail, to ensure a high standard comfort for guests.

On the ground floor there are 2 apartments while the first floor hosts the third one.

The ground floor accommodates one of the 2 apartments composed of a living room also used as dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and a dining table. From here one can gain access to a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, and the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

The second apartment is intimate and charming with a living room with fireplace, sofas, kitchenette and dining table. The sleeping area consists of a double room and bathroom.

An external stone staircase takes you up to the first floor. The apartment has a living area composed of a living room and a dining room completed with sofas, fireplace, TV and dining table. The sleeping area has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This apartment has a terrace with an extraordinary view overlooking Lago Trasimeno with a pergola, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture offering total relax. There is also a front terrace from which you can enjoy unforgettable views and sunsets.
